50% of Ladystein immigrates to Brooklyn (plus other news)
Yes, you read correctly. This is a new post. It has come to our attention here at Ladystein that some of you think that this blog is now only being used to put pictures and flyers for our shows. Well, that very well could be almost certainly true. But nothing will get Ladystein's feathers ruffled enough to share its opinions on the internet like the demise of Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson's marriage. So there you go. Here, now, is a list of things for you, our devoted Ladystein fans, to consider:
- as the title of this post might suggest, Alana is moving to Ft. Greene with her lady love. The fact that Ladystein will now be live in two different boroughs could perhaps be the nail in the coffin for this once-beloved band. Or it could mean that Kate will read a lot more on subway rides. Only time will tell!
- it has been brought to our attention by several new Ladystein fans that if you do a Google image search for the word "keytar," the second two pictures are of Kate. Not only has this brought Ladystein a slew of new fans, but it has also bestowed an honor upon Lady K that she has not known since stealing that women's bowling trophy that time. In any case, this has led to Kate being featured on this dude's blog. For instance. http://wereallgladhere.com/keytar.html
- Ladystein is gearing up for a Xmas Show! It will truly be spectacular as it will tell the story of how Ladystein rescues a holiday. Hint: Christmas is the holiday.
- Kate stepped on a nail over Thanksgiving break. She's okay now.
- Ladystein is going to make buttons! You have no idea just how pretty they are going to be. (They will be very pretty). And you'll be able to not only see them, but buy them - just in time for Christmas! Keep your eyes and ears open for this one, kiddies!
- Ladystein visited a taping of MARTHA! It was terribly exciting. It involved Martha Stewart making bacon while some underling did her makeup. We swooned.
- If you haven't already, you should request to be myspace friends with Ladystein. Myspace isn't as good as friendster (which we're also on), but it's...you know...fine.
That's about it for now ~
Love 'n' Kisses, Ladystein.
